Morrison hired John D. Tickle as President and General Manager in 1972. The new management team decided to focus on pultrusion, and the business began to grow and prosper. Pultrusion sales were less than $1 million in 1972. 1973 through 1984 were marked by rapid and profitable growth. Gene Delaney (now Chief Financial Officer) joined Strongwell in 1978, and Keith Liskey (now Chief Operating Officer) joined the Company in 1981. |
