President and Chief Executive Officer:
G. David Oakley, Jr.

David Oakley graduated from the University of Tennessee with Honors in 1989 earning a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing. Oakley came to Strongwell in 2011 from HAPCO Pole Products in Abingdon, Virginia where he had been President since 2007. Prior to becoming President, he had held management positions in marketing and business development and as Vice President – Product Management with HAPCO.

Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer:
John E. Delaney

John E. “Gene” Delaney joined the Company in 1978 as Accounting Supervisor. He was promoted to Controller in 1980 and then to Chief Financial Officer in 1993. Gene also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from East Tennessee State University.

Vice President of Business Development and Marketing:
Glenn Barefoot

Glenn Barefoot is a graduate of West Point with a B.S. degree in General Engineering. Glenn joined Strongwell in 1994 after spending the majority of his early career in the steel industry. He was Strongwell's Corporate Marketing Manager for over 16 years and was promoted to Vice President of Business Development and Marketing in July 2011.

Vice President of Sales:
Tom Rosser

Tom joined Strongwell in July 2011 with over 30 years of experience in domestic and international sales. Prior to Strongwell, Tom worked with Mill Steel in Birmingham, AL as Vice President of the Southern Region.  Previous positions also included Vice President of Business Development for R & M Asset Solutions and Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Fontaine International.  Tom graduated from the University of Tennessee with Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
