Process Engineer

Requirements / Key responsibilities include:

  • B.S. in mechanical, chemical or composite engineering
  • Creative technical aptitude
  • A keen desire to learn a unique and growing manufacturing process
  • “Hands on” capabilities with ability to communicate effectively with various manufacturing departments
  • Understanding of best manufacturing processes
  • Ability to multi-task assignments
  • Analyze, recommend and implement process improvements
  • Report on process activities
  • Recommend and implement productivity improvements
  • Recommend and implement waste reduction processes
  • Investigate and resolve production problems
  • Work with development team to investigate new processes and formulas

Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate with verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Inventor, ISO, AutoCad, ERP Systems
  • Composite industry experience in process engineering

Ideal experience:

  • 3 to 5 years’ process engineering experience
  • Environmental/safety experience
  • Pultrusion manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Process automation

Accounts Payable Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Accurately post transactions to the general ledger
  • Initiate electronic and paper checks to vendors on a weekly basis
  • Scan invoices/AP related documents in DASH document manager
  • Distribute intercompany charges to divisions
  • Generate monthly spreadsheets to managers
  • Reconcile accounts payable information to general ledger
  • Time Critical Manufacturing (TCM) software comprehension
  • Assist with monthly closings

Competencies:
Candidates should display the following competencies to perform the essential job functions:

  • Demonstrate professional integrity standards and maintain uncompromised confidentiality regarding all company information
  • Display effective time management skills in a high volume environment
  • Detail oriented, the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, and monitors own work to ensure quality standards
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Ability to positively interact with all departments
  • Understanding of contemporary accounts payable standards

Education and Experience:

  • At least two years’ accounting experience is required
  • Accounts payable experience is a plus
  • (Minimum) Associate degree in accounting required

Account Manager

Job Purpose:

  • Manage customer accounts with discretion to make independent decisions
  • Work closely with sales and operations departments
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Display effective technical aptitude

  • Develop thorough knowledge of company products
  • Maintain positive customer relations and develop solutions to problems
  • Exhibit strong pultrusion process knowledge

  • Understand manufacturing/sales computer systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • Work with others in a cooperative fashion
