Earlier this week, almost four hundred current and retired Strongwell employees came together at the Bristol headquarters and Highlands facilities for this year’s annual Christmas Celebration Dinner. This year marks the 60th year of pultrusion at Strongwell.  As has become annual tradition, past and present employees had the opportunity to rekindle old friendships while meeting the new faces in the company. This year’s meal was catered by Bank Street Bristol of Bristol, Tennessee. Glowing reviews were given of both the meal and the Strongwell staff members who served at both facilities.

This open house tradition has always allowed management and employees the opportunity to discuss the future, tour new renovated facilities, view departmental Christmas decorations, and catch up on nostalgia.  Events such as these and the annual company picnic encourage the comradery of past, present and future employees.
