On April 23, 2015, Strongwell and other employers and organizations were invited to participate in the 24th annual YWCA’s Tribute to Women, themed “Creating a Culture of Sharing.”  The YWCA is the oldest and largest multicultural organization in the world with over 2 million people participating at more than 1,300 sites across the United States.  These members are dedicated to advocacy and empowerment of women and their families. This annual event held by the YWCA of Bristol proudly honors women from the Tri-Cities region and their contributions to the charitable, cultural, educational and economic facets of the community.

Strongwell was listed as the “Protector of Peace” patron this year.  Strongwell would also like to congratulate its employee honorees, Meghan Carty (Pricing Manager-Bristol) and Mickey Crabtree (Shipping Coordinator-Bristol) for their continuous improvement efforts to Strongwell and the positive effect they have within their individual communities.
