Alice Ann Hoffstatter’s retirement (Purchasing Agent-Bristol) was honored with friends on February 14, 2013. Alice Ann was with Strongwell after 27 years of service. Throughout her tenure she served as Secretary to the Purchasing Manager, Assistant Buyer and Buyer. When asked what she will be doing during her retirement, Alice Ann replied she’d be busy visiting and having fun with her grandchildren who live in NC and SC. She also plans to visit England again. When not traveling she will be volunteering with community organizations and remaining active. Her successes at Strongwell can be attributed to being continuously kind and considerate to coworkers, which has translated into great friendships over the years. Her fondest memory at Strongwell was when she attempted to slice a huge roll of toilet paper with icing and candles disguised as a cake on her 50th birthday. Congratulations, Alice Ann!
