We are pleased to announce that Andy Carter has been promoted to Manager, Quality Assurance. In this role, Andy will have leadership responsibility for the Virginia Operations Quality Department and will report to the Vice President, Virginia Operations.

Andy brings more than 30 years of experience with Strongwell to his new role. He began his career as a pultrusion operator and has since progressed through roles in supervision and process engineering, most recently serving as a Process Engineering Analyst.

In his spare time, Andy enjoys traveling with his wife, Selena, working on 3D design and printing projects, and spending time with his three dogs: Waffles, Charlie, and Spot.
