Over the past few weeks, all four of Strongwell’s facilities held annual Noel celebrations. As a result, hundreds of active employees and retirees were able to partake in the events within their individual facilities.

In Bristol and Highlands, almost 500 active employees and retirees took the opportunity to view the new renovations while catching up on some memories over a catered meal by “Bank Street Bristol” of Bristol, Tennessee.

The Chatfield and Mexico facilities also hosted onsite and offsite celebratory engagements for close to two hundred of their employees.

A novel addition was also added to this year’s event - the Strongwell portrait studio! Complete with Christmas props, employees and retirees had the opportunity to capture and create new memories with friends. Compliments were shared with this year’s planning committee regarding the fun festivities.

To engage with employees and retirees year-round, all employees and retirees are also included in the employee newsletters and invited to Strongwell’s spring picnic.
