We are pleased to announce that Alexis “Lexi” Ball has been promoted to the role of Manager, Customer Relations, reporting to the Director, Inside Sales. In her role, Lexi will provide training, coaching, and leadership to the Corporate Sales Account Manager team, and act as the primary customer contact for selected customers. Additionally, she will continue to work closely with the Corporate Director, Supply Chain and Strategic Pricing.
Lexi holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from Southwest Virginia Community College. Prior to joining Strongwell, Lexi worked in customer service and direct sales.

Lexi lives in Bristol, TN, with her husband, Jordan, and daughter, Kassie. In her spare time, she enjoys watching baseball, reading, and spending time with her family, especially outdoors.
