We are pleased to announce that Alexis “Lexi” Ball has been hired full time for the position of Corporate Accounts Associate, reporting to the Customer Relations Manager. She was previously a contract employee.

Lexi holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from Southwest Virginia Community College and will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree this fall. Prior to joining Strongwell, Lexi worked in customer service and direct sales.

Lexi lives in Bristol with her husband, Jordan, and puppy, Sophie. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially outdoors. Her favorite pastimes include being at the lake and riding side-by-sides on the trails.
