We are pleased to announce that Ben Hicks has accepted the position of 2nd Shift Pultrusion Supervisor, reporting to the Pultrusion Superintendent.

Ben started at Strongwell in 2015 as a Pultrusion Operator. In 2018 Ben was promoted to 3rd Shift Lead, increasing his knowledge of pultrusion operations. In 2020 he made the transition to 2nd shift Pultrusion Lead.

Ben lives in Abingdon, Virginia, with his dog, Ellis and cat, Mr. Goods. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, bowling, and hanging out at the lake with his girlfriend Chelsea.
