As Strongwell continues to expand and grow, so does its desire to celebrate annual milestones. Over the Christmas holidays, all four facilities held annual Christmas celebrations. Hundreds of active employees and retirees were able to partake in the events within their individual facilities.

In Bristol and Highlands, almost 425 active employees and retirees took the opportunity to share plant and office tours while enjoying a catered meal by Bank Street Bristol of Bristol, Tennessee.

The Chatfield and Mexico facilities also hosted onsite and offsite celebratory engagements for close to two hundred of their employees.

Many compliments were shared with this year’s planning committee in their assistance to put together events of this magnitude. In addition to the company newsletters, events such as the spring company picnic and annual Christmas dinner allow management and employees the opportunity to foster employee and departmental relationships.
