We are pleased to announce that Charlton Buckner has joined Strongwell in the position of Sales Director, Specialty Products, reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Engineering. In this role, Charlton will be responsible for growing new product lines, such as STRONGDEK® , and supporting the continued growth of Strongwell’s specialty products.

Charlton graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in communications and brings several years of sales experience, primarily in the marine industry. His background in building strong customer relationships and driving sales of high-quality, technical products will serve him well in this new position.

Charlton is a native of this area and graduate of Sullivan Central High School. He, his wife Katelyn, and their two children, daughter Tatum (soon to be 4) and son Axel (2), have recently moved back to the Tri-Cities. In his free time, Charlton enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors, especially on the lake, where he enjoys wakeboarding and wake surfing. A devoted Tennessee Vols fan, he attends as many UT sporting events as possible. Beyond that, Charlton enjoys hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and nearly any activity that gets him outside and keeps him active.
