Please join us in welcoming Christy Wood to the Customer Service team. Christy will be fulfilling the role of Corporate Accounts Associate, with a focus on TCM and order entry.

Christy brings over 22 years of experience in the telephony business in various roles such as administrative assistant, switch programming, number portability, reporting and analysis and project management. Most recently, she worked part-time at Bristol Motor Speedway in Ticket Sales.

Christy resides in Bristol, TN with her fiancé and four dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family (including the dogs) and her friends, doing yard work, and going on day trips during her free time. She also volunteers for a multi-state, breed specific dog rescue where she interviews applicants in the state of Tennessee and performs preliminary placement for foster dogs.
