Employees Arrange Back to School Supplies Drive

In an effort to do something collaborative and impactful, Strongwell’s team members decided this year’s “Day of Caring” project would center on helping students involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Tri-Cities.

Learning that information, the Strongwell team built custom boxes and strategically placed them around the plant for employees to donate school supplies to help offset that cost for families in need. Employees donated lunchboxes, book bags, markers, crayons, binders, hand sanitizers, tissues, glue, erasers, pencils, calculators, and other popular school essentials.

The collection was deemed a success with an immediate impact for students attending local schools within the Tri-Cities.
