We are pleased to announce that Hendrik Welti has joined Strongwell as a Process Engineer for Minnesota Operations, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

Hendrik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Composite Materials Engineering from Winona State University. Most recently, Hendrik worked as a Lab Technician for 3M.

Hendrik was born and raised in Plainview, Minnesota, and currently resides in Winona. Growing up, Hendrik was active in hockey, golf, and band. In Hendrik’s spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, biking, and hiking. He also enjoys creative hobbies like knifemaking and cooking.
