We are pleased to announce that Jeff Westlake has accepted the position of 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, reporting to the Operations Manager. Jeff will oversee the 2nd shift operations at the Chatfield facility. Jeff comes to Strongwell with 23 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. He is also a 15-year veteran of the United States Navy.

Jeff was born in Long Beach, California, and raised in Osceola, Indiana. He currently resides in Houston, Minnesota, with his dog, Lucy. He has two grown sons, CJ and Trevor. In his free time, Jeff enjoys camping, golf, and hockey.
