We are pleased to announce that Jerome While has been promoted to the position of Purchasing and Production Control Manager for the Chatfield location. In this role, Jerome will be reporting to the Operations Manager.

Jerome has been with Strongwell for 20 years, serving in Pultrusion as a Machine Operator, Shift Lead, and Coordinator before moving to Shop Floor, and then Scheduling, where he has been for the past three years.

Jerome and his wife, Ranae, have three children: Hope (28), Zach (18), and Colton (15), as well as three grandchildren: Blake (7), Lincoln (3), and Loxlee (10 months).

In his spare time, Jerome enjoys spending time with his family and friends through camping, side by side riding, and motorcycling. He is an avid sports fan, supporting the Minnesota Vikings, Minnesota Twins, and Minnesota Wild.
