We are pleased to announce that Jonathan Thomason has been promoted to Coordinator, Drafting, in the Fabrication Sales Department. He will report to the Manager, Drafting and Estimating. In this role, Jonathan will be responsible for checking all structural assembly and shop drawings.

He will also help oversee the work of other drafters, coordinate and schedule drafting projects, support training for new team members, and contribute to overall drafting quality and workflow efficiency.

Jonathan joined Strongwell in 2011 as a Structural Detailer. His most recent position was Detailer Lead.
Jonathan holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Drafting from Northeast State Technical Community College.
Jonathan currently resides in Elizabethton, Tennessee, with his wife Shawna, daughter Violet, and their dog, Maise.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with family, organizing non-profit youth football, basketball, and cheer associations in the Stoney Creek area of his hometown, along with watching his daughter cheer, and serving at his church, Grace Baptist of Elizabethton.
