We are pleased to announce that Joyce Willoughby has joined the Strongwell team as Manager, Human Resources Virginia Operations, reporting to the Corporate Director, Human Resources.
Joyce grew up in Bristol, Virginia, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from King University in Bristol, Tennessee. After college, she built a Human Resources career spanning more than 25 years, with experience in healthcare, local government, and manufacturing.

After several years living in the Asheville, North Carolina, area, she recently returned to Bristol to join the Strongwell team.
Outside of work, she is the proud parent of two adult daughters, Brenna and Kara, both graduates of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. They are enthusiastic Tennessee Volunteers fans and enjoy cheering on the Vols whenever they can.

In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, exploring nature, and traveling, especially to destinations throughout the Caribbean.
