We are pleased to announce that Karen Rabren has been named Corporate Director, Human Resources. Karen will be responsible for the management, coordination, and leadership of all corporate Human Resources functions for Strongwell. Karen will report to the President and CEO.

Karen has more than twenty-five years’ experience as a Human Resources leader with Fortune 500 manufacturing companies. Her previous roles include senior management positions with Baldor Electric, Mohawk Industries, and Contour Industries. She most recently served as Human Resources Director with A & L RV Sales, where she created and developed a Human Resources department for the rapidly growing business.

Karen received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Wheeling Jesuit University and her Master’s degree with honors in Organizational Management from Tusculum College.

Karen resides in Blountville with her husband, Ron. They have two adult children and three grandchildren who live in the Tri-Cities, TN, area while another son lives in the Atlanta, GA, area with his family, including a fourth grandchild. Karen is an avid history buff and enjoys researching, reading about, and traveling to historic sites as well as dabbling in genealogy research.
