We are pleased to announce that Kenneth “Kenny” Arms has been promoted to Maintenance Supervisor, Bristol, reporting to the Project Engineering Manager. In his new role, Kenny will hold responsibility for overseeing and managing the Maintenance department.

Kenny began his career at Strongwell in 2017 in Maintenance on 2nd shift as Electrician A and was promoted to Maintenance Lead in 2022.

Kenny was raised in Richlands, Virginia, and currently resides in Johnson City, Tennessee, with his wife, Clarissa. They have 2 children: Jaiden and Lizzie. He enjoys watching the Washington Commanders, fishing, kayaking, and other outdoor activities.
