Please join us in welcoming Laura Smith to Strongwell as Human Resources Specialist.

Laura brings extensive administrative and human resources experience. Primarily she has worked in the healthcare field, specifically assisted living facilities, where she served as an executive director in the Kingsport and Bristol areas. Laura has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from East Tennessee State University, and she earned a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. Laura is a lifelong resident of Blountville, TN.

She is an avid race fan and has been attending races at Bristol Motor Speedway for many years. In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time outdoors, at the lake, and attending music festivals. She is a long-term member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Ladies’ Auxiliary #3274, where she participates in fundraisers and performs volunteer work for various charitable causes.
