Mark Haynes has been promoted to Special Projects Account Manager in the Customer Service Department
We are pleased to announce that Mark Haynes has been promoted to Special Projects Account Manager in the Customer Service Department, effective 2/11/13. In his new role, Mark will report to the Customer Service Manager, and will be responsible for overseeing and servicing the cooling tower accounts, the new CTR warehouses, as well as Account Manager duties.
Mark began his career with Strongwell in 1995 and has held several different positions within the company. He served as a Shift Facilitator at Highlands during its initial startup and was then promoted to Manufacturing and Quality Administrator at the Highlands Division. He also worked in Production Control in Bristol before being promoted to Shipping and Receiving Manager in 2005.
Mark and his wife, Tahita, reside in Bristol, Va. He has 2 children and 1 granddaughter. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and watching UK sports. Please join us in congratulating and supporting Mark in his new position.
