We are pleased to announce that Matt Chester has joined Strongwell as Inside Sales and Fabrication Estimator. In his new role, Matt will report to the Industrial Products Manager.

Matt grew up in Winona, Minnesota, and attended the University of Minnesota, Carlson, earning a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing.

Matt was previously a part of Masterson Staffing, serving as Strongwell-Chatfield’s on-site hiring manager for the past four years.
Matt resides in Rochester, Minnesota, with his girlfriend, Lori. Matt has two grown children and four grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys kickboxing, curling, exploring the Mayan ruins, and traveling.
