We are pleased to announce that Matt Jacobson has been promoted to 3rd Shift Production Supervisor. In his new role, Matt will report to the Operations Manager.

Matt began his career with Strongwell in 2021, holding various roles in pultrusion, with his most recent being 3rd Shift Pultrusion Coordinator.
Matt was previously the owner operator of two Avis Budget car rental locations in Rochester.
Matt was born in Rochester and went to college in Illinois before moving back to his home state. He has two children, Ellie (7) and Henry (5) and enjoys taking them fishing and teaching them sports.
