Meet SVAM’s 2018 Outstanding Woman in Manufacturing: Melissa Harrison
Congratulations to Melissa Harrison (Chief Estimator-Bristol) for being selected as SVAM’s 2018 Outstanding Woman in Manufacturing. Melissa was chosen due to her ability to positively impact Strongwell and her community. Her award application emphasized examples of personal drive for team success and leadership skills exhibited over a span of almost three decades within the manufacturing sector.
The judges of the award made some notable responses upon reading her application.

Melissa humbly accepted this award and attributed her success and love of what she does to great leadership, teammates, and Strongwell’s support for a large number of community causes.
