We are pleased to announce that Michael Justice has joined Strongwell as Materials Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, Drafting and Estimating. In this role, he will assist the Fabrication Sales team analyze project documentation and manage material requirements for fabrication orders.
Michael brings valuable manufacturing experience with a background in blueprint reading, technical documentation, quality control, and production operations. Most recently, he worked as an Electrical Assembler with Becker Global America, where he built and tested mining equipment using mechanical and electrical drawings. He also has experience in production leadership, record-keeping, compliance documentation, and employee training.

Michael grew up in the mountains of western North Carolina, relocating to Abingdon, Virginia, in 2024. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, kayaking, and hiking with his wife Jaclyn and their three-year-old son Benjamin.
