Mitch Williams (Corporate Director of Human Resources) recently celebrated his retirement with friends and co-workers. For the past 28 years, Mitch has dedicated himself to the cause of talent recruitment, retention, and promotion of Strongwell employees with compassion and integrity. Prior to Strongwell, Mitch held positions with Raytheon Appliances and Genesco. In his free time, Mitch contributed to volunteer causes by serving on the boards of United Way of Bristol, Bristol Chamber of Commerce, and Family Promise of Bristol.

Mitch’s retirement plans are to move back to Alabama with his wife Vail, where he will continue to cheer on the Alabama “Crimson Tide” with his extended family. He also has plans to travel extensively.
