We are pleased to announce that Robert “Mac” Stricklin has accepted the position of Fabrication Shop Supervisor, reporting to the Fabrication Superintendent. Mac will supervise the daily duties of the fabrication shop team, assign projects, and ensure ship dates are met.

Mac began his career at Strongwell in 2007 as a tool and die maker.
Mac holds an associate degree in machine tool technology from Florence-Darling Technical College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Milligan University.

Mac lives in Hampton, Tennessee, with his wife Letha. His daughter Whitney is a sophomore at the University of Tennessee. In his spare time Mac enjoys spending time with his family,
working in the garden, and serving in the community
