Strongwell Announces New Organizational Changes
Don White has accepted the position of Manager, Design and Drafting. In his new role, Don will report to the Bristol Industrial Products Manager, and will be responsible for the daily functions of the newly reorganized Design and Drafting department consisting of David Morris, Jonathan Thomason, Tyler Goad, Billy Dixon, and Frank Scott. This group will be responsible structural fabrication drafting and detailing as well as tooling design.
Robert Holzer has been promoted to Manager, Machine Shop. In his new role, Robert will report to the Director, Virginia Manufacturing Operations. His responsibilities will include oversight of daily machine shop and machine build functions and activities. This new position will allow for increased flexibility in utilizing resources and cross training of multiple functions.
Will Trivett will report to the Manager, Process Engineering as Senior Tool Designer and will continue to support production operations with tooling and component design.
Melissa Harrison has accepted the position of Chief Estimator, reporting to the Bristol Industrial Products Manager. Her responsibilities will include reviewing the fab web site for incoming requests for quotes, assigning work to estimators, maintaining the quote system, and working closely with Chatfield estimating.
Jeff Roberts will transition into the role of Fabrication Sales Estimator where additional resources are required to support Strongwell’s growing project business.
