Strongwell Mexico recently hosted its 2nd Annual Focus on Health and Safety initiative. Over a period of a week, management and employees utilized internal and external resources to create effective programming on safety and environmental protocols.

Each day, employees from different departments and shifts were exposed to workshops addressing best practices of handling fiberglass, organic peroxides, hazardous waste disposal, and chemical classifications.

To address wellness needs, employees engaged in annual wellness checkups. The wellness checkups entailed an eye exam, dental checkup, body mass index measurement, and glucose measurement. In addition to physical checkups, a nutritionist from a local hospital was invited to provide a workshop on proper nutrition while addressing dietary misconceptions.
