We are pleased to announce that Tyler Goad has been promoted to Customer Relations Manager, reporting to the Corporate Director, Marketing and Communications. In his role, Tyler will provide training, coaching, and leadership to the Corporate Sales Account Manager team, and act as the primary customer contact for selected customers.
Tyler began his Strongwell career in 2008 as a Structural Detailer in the Fabrication Sales Department. He has served in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Drafting Coordinator since 2022.

Tyler holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree with a focus in Engineering. He has also completed some coursework toward a bachelor’s degree.
Tyler lives in Bristol, Virginia, with his wife, daughter, three cats, and a tree frog. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys reading, playing golf and pickleball, and traveling for his daughter’s dance competitions. He also chairs the logistics committee for the Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion.
