Understanding the Pickle in Customer Service

bob_singlewStrongwell’s Fabrication Sales team recently participated in a customer service workshop titled, “Give’em the Pickle.” The customer service oriented workshop, led by Nastasha Snyder of People Incorporated, allowed thirteen members of the fabrication team to discuss the multiple customer service facets within the structural framework of their jobs.

The presentation was based upon interactions Bob Farrell, a co-founder of Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlours had with customers and businesses alike. Fabrication team members were able to relate Bob Farell’s teachings and practical ideas within their daily interactions. S.M.A.R.T. goals were also developed to build long-term brand value through service, attitude, consistency, and teamwork within Strongwell and its partners.
