We are pleased to announce that Alexis “Lexi” Ball has been promoted to the role of Customer Relations and Pricing Administrator. Lexi will continue to perform her current duties but will also be working closely with the Customer Relations Manager and Corporate Director, Supply Chain and Strategic Pricing on day-to-day operations. Lexi will continue to report to the Customer Relations Manager.

Lexi holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from Southwest Virginia Community College. Prior to joining Strongwell, Lexi worked in customer service and direct sales.Lexi lives in Bristol with her husband, Jordan, and puppy, Sophie. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially outdoors. Her favorite pastimes include being at the lake and riding side-by-sides on the trails.
