We are  pleased to announce that Bryan Edgerton has been promoted to the position of Operations Manager, Chatfield. He will continue to report to the General Manager of Minnesota & Mexico Operations.
Bryan will lead all Chatfield Operations manufacturing functions including: pultrusion, assembly, fabrication, scheduling, production control, maintenance, and model shop.
Bryan joined Strongwell as Production Manager in August 2020. Prior to that, he spent his 25-year career in various manufacturing facilities with increasing roles of responsibility.
Bryan was born and raised in  Warrens, Wisconsin. He currently resides in Winona, Minnesota, with his wife, Joellyn. He has two grown daughters, Jamie and Jodi. He enjoys hunting, shooting sporting clays, and spending time with family and friends.
