We are pleased to announce that Curtis Pippin has been promoted to Maintenance Supervisor.

In his new role, Curtis will report to the Manager Engineering Services, and hold responsibility to oversee and manage the Maintenance department.

Curtis began his career at Strongwell in 2019 as Mechanic A and was promoted to Maintenance Lead in 2021. He has over 40 years of previous experience, including working at multiple manufacturing facilities in the region and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He also has been a Certified Building and Maintenance Supervisor through the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Curtis resides in Bristol, Tennessee. In his spare time, Curtis enjoys multiple outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, and motorcycle riding.
